• Planning, configuring, and customizing Lampejo's online store on the Wix and Nuvemshop platforms, creating and adjusting the visual layout of the store, and preparing product descriptions.

• Product registration on the Boobam platform and Lampejo’s e-commerce, managing the receipt and processing of orders (packaging, invoice issuance, tracking delivery status, and tracking).

• Management of ceramic product inventory and communication with production.

• Customer service and support, responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and monitoring orders.

• Creation of a catalog and graphic pieces for Lampejo's Instagram, including posts, stories, and sponsored ads. Supervision of an intern to ensure the maintenance of the brand's defined assets.

• Coordination of Lampejo's participation in the Rosenbaum Fair during DW2024 (research on organization, costs, payment, visual requirements, and logistics). Significant contribution to the brand's recognition and growth in Instagram followers. Participation resulted in first in-person sales to architects, designers, and creative market enthusiasts, allowing for valuable feedback on the products (design, typology, finishes, and value perception).

• Development of a technical detailing guide, defining procedures and standards for creating drawing sheets, using legends and layers, dimensioning views, and preparing DWG files for PDF. The guide was established to standardize and ensure the quality of technical drawing deliverables across the team, including members with diverse experience levels, promoting consistency and efficiency in production processes.
